</div>

<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<h1 style="background-color: black; color: white; font-size: x-large;">
WHY THE LITTLE POO METHOD WORKS!</h1>
<div style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">
The basis of the No Poo Method is not to allow shampoo to strip the hair of natural oils,leaving it dry and frizzy. Traditional No Poo requires a bi-carbonate wash and cider vinegar rinse. Some people swear by this, while others find that their hair does not feel clean enough.It is also time consuming to find the right dose of bi-carb and vinegar to suit your hair.</div>
<h1 style="background-color: black; color: white; font-size: x-large; text-align: center;">
The Little Poo Method is an Easier Alternative to<br /> NO POO!</h1>
<div style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; text-align: center;">
The Little Poo method works on the the same principle of not stripping your hair. It washes out greasy dirt, while leaving some natural hair oil behind. Water and oil do not mix, that's why you need shampoo to wash away the hair grease. </div>
<div style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; text-align: center;">
When shampoo comes into contact with oil, it ‘wraps’ the grease into clumps that the water can then rinse away. The amount of bubbles indicates how much shampoo is leftover. </div>
<img alt="The Little Poo Method to Less Frizzy hair" border="0" height="178" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjP3Yh8A7Qrxl-4E98LdBxgxkDNKFGO7flAZYnBWf35_4_03-dhLfaTUkEKqEp6SrU86IJWfjgXkUPA_z7rq5NYXiaaA2tFGPQiGvYTE73vmNMyjrHGElDB6Yxi6R29vUzEnh2daVxwhQ/s400/Little-poo-Method-hair-washing.png" width="400" />
<br />
<div style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; text-align: center;">
If you have a lot of Bubbles, you are using more shampoo than you need. The Aim of the Little Poo Method is to dilute the Shampoo until you only get a few bubbles on your hair, just enough to clean but not strip the hair dry.
</div>
<h1 style="background-color: black; color: white; font-size: x-large;">
*** IMPORTANT ***</h1>
<div style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; text-align: center;">
It is important to use soft water for the Little Poo Method. Check your kettle for white fuzz (calcium deposits).</div>
<img alt="The Little Poo Method to Less Frizzy hair" border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjZUNhwAn6zrb3aKI5qHalZ9PCSil9xruXXiy1KKf1xFsJ772QCATXR5Q00Pihq8yLDAid94h7yeUv_fGCxRxfrEwhEpJbdcJEFqJj7dSWFL_Wxhac15Y2ygborhOnI5BmVJmArFALqQA/s1600/Little-poo-method-hard-water.png" style="display: block; margin: 0px auto;" width="400" />
<br />
<div style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; text-align: center;">
You will also need to rinse your hair in soft water, please see our DIY Tip about turning your shower head into a water softener. If not, you can fill a bucket with warm water and dissolve a teaspoon full of softener granules and use that to rinse your hair.
</div>

The Little POO instructions</h1>
<div style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; text-align: center;">
Start by adding 1 spoonful of shampoo into your empty bottle and fill the rest with water.

Start at the scalp, squirt and massage it in, work outwards along the length of the hair.
Work it thoroughly, especially at the scalp and roots.
</div>

<br />
<div style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; text-align: center;">
There should be a few bubbles and nothing more.

if you see a lot of bubbles, use less shampoo. Rinse with water (use water softener if you have hard water).
Dry your hair with a Towel/T-shirt.
While the hair is still damp, rub some again oil between your hands.

<img alt="How to make a Bag from a Broken Umbrella " border="0" height="278" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhzyS4yIyQlQx7IDqsQp9zxABOwp1B9wmU6EX04XPV9Z6XAZKhEWr5lLR4P40Xjqi8KnzNGX12pzgdSTH1fOdo1JtpFZEozCZbBxgYc3PoMaWKFPIupAgoz702Ub5dNjL4SnOOUCmeTqw/s400/how-to-make-a-bag-from-a-broken-umbrella_11.jpg" title="" width="400" /></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Use Duct Tape to wrap the LAN cable.</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<li>Double Sided Velcro Straps (you can make this by slicing wider velcro into narrower widths)</li>

</ol>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Start with the coat hangers.</div>

<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Flip one downward and lay it over the other so that the horizontal parts line up.</div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<img alt="How to make a space saving wall hung modem and wifi router" border="0" height="227" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgRb0htNqEX4gUbQC04ZA1Wyx2Us40kdpeibqp5NtuAMpIdZ2V6-j_PPif-iKK3-1FnZ0M2rJBtDazAE_EMoMcISok2k1g8IYEN1CIz1nSRe9ImJb8Vb1yajqPzFmNk-c-E_Eigdd3Ekw/s400/modem-and-router-2.gif" title="" width="400" /></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Tightly wrap the horizontal overlap (marked in green) with tape, </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
any type of tape will do as long as its sticky.</div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<img alt="How to make a space saving wall hung modem and wifi router" border="0" height="227" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgCK7T8k8TZJ7PuecXVbv0HwQtSxnNtyQlUfHlRmltce87IJZa9VuE6-YZm4YKRxQhgEPy_eElC0cmvHaSlku-fihhrwGC9PEeXbE1QCbDPWcFI2yANRCS4KsCV8hrQ136QZJtSPnZTwA/s400/modem-and-router-3.gif" title="" width="400" /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Use Double Sided Velcro to bind the modem and router securely to the coat hanger frame.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Avoid blocking the reset button, any ports, or led lights. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
If the router is heavier than the modem, position it nearer the middle and push the modem out to the other side as a counter balance so that the set up will hand evenly.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Rubber bands can also be used instead of velcro straps but they are not a long term solution as the rubber dries out and snaps eventually. If you choose to use rubber bands, double up and replace the ones that snap on a regular basis.</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img alt="How to make a space saving wall hung modem and wifi router" border="0" height="227" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj6d85XXEJdOwpqoniXIZyOcCyEd35QbJsS4MRWDzi4H0Ens0d-_d0AyuGy2mibI9zO08rtAdJlbcwgQgRBb_hC63oYgxNh0pwl8fx_Kj_9ILU8yRBDAHv98w8dZdM-c0pMeMzU4zBmXQ/s400/modem-and-router-5.gif" title="" width="400" /></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Placing the straps so that they do not block the LED lights makes them visible at all times so that you can see which port is active and whether the modem is 'ready' or still in 'sync'.</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img alt="How to make a space saving wall hung modem and wifi router" border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjT5VehhKzUA3k3Q5ti5vRgYbE83RQmtI7OLfH05SU6Cr-kXxJoN2fJiukQ6_CesXLFleAJ-cNfMxr2zgVa1O4hAItjIbyheByj_aA7CLAhBZQilSbXbhdqr-tV5ZDvzsFvo02R-cR3-A/s400/modem-and-router-7.jpg" title="" width="400" /></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
You can tie the power leads so that they remain tethered to the frame when you have to do a reset or 'unplug for 60 secs'. </div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img alt="How to make a space saving wall hung modem and wifi router" border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEirHrZXXabMYSA14Vx2GIogu0RiZA_xmM3_0b2d2rbSPQryi6e6EI2j7fpNI61ccpRzs5x0ty075YUYK_7qD5csptlaU_qenSQIsmG3e_tJxExWXh1PwTS-QcO0fWd47j-PxpCaXFElPQ/s400/modem-and-router-8.jpg" title="" width="400" /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
You can also tie the most commonly unplugged/re-plugged leads so that they do not fall to the floor when you have to do a re-connect.</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img alt="How to make a space saving wall hung modem and wifi router" border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhxXdTz6SLUOWjsNAGOoNQAlP4QUAqqnB8j2ItszuB88BqWBjmBXLEzEEp35BTouqEgBEhoExZjMjlnOr2ygrSK6pcdfJKV5VZKgpcuM4OfpUcpDMJppM4-RaJdFUKoq_2Joc5SJXdl3g/s400/modem-and-router-10.JPG" title="" width="400" /></div>

<br />
How to make a little bit of Green Tea go a long way.<br />
This post is about making your own green tea powder and using tiny amounts of it to make a surprising quantity of tea. This method makes a bag of green tea leaves go a long way and is also fuss free, there is no need to strain away tea leaves.<br />
<br />
<a name='more'></a><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
The first tip is to avoid buying Green Tea <b>Blends</b>, go for the real McCoy in leaf form, read the label to get the best bang for your buck.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img border="0" height="200" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiTCGde2-4f3ENmY4uoh5g9UoUz7yTWovu1jXjoeSAHWo8GnsWAXFxLnOo3t61lik_97WlUb5BKpBBAjfQWfSNQbv2Vlf3bnkp6PCmF5t3kaZM3fCHOMnT5j_zvNONrhKyIjbkZ3eE5ig/s400/chinese-and-japanese-green-tea.jpg" width="400" /></div>
The
Second tip is to avoid buying Green Tea that comes in Tea Bags. In
Asia, it is common practice to make Green tea from Green Tea leaves.
In some Restaurants, Green Tea
powder is used. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhVGG8T_aEpQv6urH3WCU6-sXkrRtXnDqEGVeuYk7RKmsPbwYMEcgZBIkOndUUBC9ra0EV2q0qPEYL6dQt8EdzaCgsMh7iryzdvOmtBzyfozGX11keNR2r4ZSvhjFHmbsPTWj2N1sqpxg/s1600/green-tea-leaves-strainer.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><br /></a><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjwTu2tvo1oydf7tqlmxoyzEV4Kge8JaLAB7nGb4jtJeJgI5Trn9xLL6deV9QCYIIMjVxk1di5GwwHveS-rIQvly0cHNZv1MnJSmh-8_EseHbuF-aCLadPXmYzML9Ev4XGVab0RA9xXrQ/s1600/green-tea-leaves-and-tea-ba.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="200" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjwTu2tvo1oydf7tqlmxoyzEV4Kge8JaLAB7nGb4jtJeJgI5Trn9xLL6deV9QCYIIMjVxk1di5GwwHveS-rIQvly0cHNZv1MnJSmh-8_EseHbuF-aCLadPXmYzML9Ev4XGVab0RA9xXrQ/s400/green-tea-leaves-and-tea-ba.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
It looks 'pretty' and 'authentic' to use lots of tea leaves and let them unfold and infuse in the strainer, but this used up a lot of leaves just to make 1 cup of Green Tea. The leaves are also only partially utilized.<br />
<br />
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhVGG8T_aEpQv6urH3WCU6-sXkrRtXnDqEGVeuYk7RKmsPbwYMEcgZBIkOndUUBC9ra0EV2q0qPEYL6dQt8EdzaCgsMh7iryzdvOmtBzyfozGX11keNR2r4ZSvhjFHmbsPTWj2N1sqpxg/s1600/green-tea-leaves-strainer.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="background-color: #dddddd; clear: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="200" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhVGG8T_aEpQv6urH3WCU6-sXkrRtXnDqEGVeuYk7RKmsPbwYMEcgZBIkOndUUBC9ra0EV2q0qPEYL6dQt8EdzaCgsMh7iryzdvOmtBzyfozGX11keNR2r4ZSvhjFHmbsPTWj2N1sqpxg/s400/green-tea-leaves-strainer.jpg" width="400" /></a><br />
To use the the leaves completely, you can grind them in a clean coffee grinder until they become powdery. Grind half a cup of leaves at a time, this is to make sure you get a fine powder that looks like this<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEixCa0PjVk8uVSXVIA_u4XcA5ucZh-1Z2tQ8S3UnqfRPJXYBeZZeVO2Yv7ZQsz07zbz_hmAZycLZbHD4w5F3_JIQUbxb7j10uLBlhogWtHYd8s0Vmqj6mUxzoZKvaqb8c8p204YBDHQ7Q/s1600/make-green-tea-powder.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="200" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEixCa0PjVk8uVSXVIA_u4XcA5ucZh-1Z2tQ8S3UnqfRPJXYBeZZeVO2Yv7ZQsz07zbz_hmAZycLZbHD4w5F3_JIQUbxb7j10uLBlhogWtHYd8s0Vmqj6mUxzoZKvaqb8c8p204YBDHQ7Q/s400/make-green-tea-powder.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
Keep the powder in n air tight jar for storage.<br />
<br />
Boil some water and fill your cup to approximately 3/4s full.<br />
<br />
Green Tea is best made at a temperature a bit lower than boiling point, add 2 teaspoons of cold water to the cup of boiled water to lower the temperature.<br />
<br />
Stir in 1/8th of a teaspoon of green tea powder for small cups and 1/2 teaspoon for tea pots.<br />
<br />
Stir in one direction until you get a 'vortex' then stop and reverse, this action sinks the powder into the water for full infusion.<br />
<br />
<img border="0" height="200" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgLBMNn-HxcGj8bNgqtJ0XwcTjqQb4twHGeWgCcYVHlLa9H-KX3aJ62s-43b2c0vGZFPWLAPirKXqyKzPde0Fp9F8lkyAzfcIIkiAaNuBbxQ6PLdhVD39PGcJ9ZyCv_VIIO3ASNIb3-IQ/s400/stirring-green-tea.jpg" width="400" /><br />
<br />
Give it a minute for the Green Tea Powder to settle on the base before drinking.<br />
<br />
<img border="0" height="200" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg8n0c4T1iYI2QfvQciXMYugs0TD9YOZtU7TFiYNfqZ-8HgUoIkUlEM-rkorvVZdxxSnMYD5_E9jxNOmXrm5EPx-OJ1jt-a-4TPzEH-VbaDpDROLE6x0Va6BipZxgM8IQHDPyxs21G3hw/s400/cheap-and-easy-green-tea.jpg" width="400" /><br />
<br />
You
only need a tiny amount of powder because the powder has a large
surface area to volume ratio and this allows the flavour to infuse
efficiently. You can treat yourself to quality leaves with good flavour
and make them last a really long time.<br />
<br />
<br />

<br />
Slouching all day at a desk becomes bad posture in the long term.<br />
<br />
Here
are 5 easy ways to stretch the other way during breaks or when you are
stuck on a problem and just need to take a small break from it. Doing any
of these 5 poses for 1 minute at a time stretches and
strengthens neglected muscles on the go.<br />
<br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
<br />
These exercises are listed in the order of difficulty, starting with the easiest and ending with the hardest. The idea is to start at the easy end and do it in chunks of 15 seconds each and build up to a minute. Only move on to the next one if you can do 1 minute <i><b>properly </b></i>and <i><b>comfortably</b></i> with relaxed breathing.<br />
<br />
Build up slowly and steadily. Do not attempt if you have any back injury.<br />
<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<h1>
<b>The Door Jam</b> </h1>
</div>
<ul style="border: 0px;">
<li>This exercise is for people who can reach the top door frame.</li>
<li>Stand in the doorway and Stretch upward until you can grip the door frame firmly. </li>
<li>Keep your feet at the doorway line </li>
<li>Lean forward slowly with your belly and feel your front side stretching. </li>
<li>Start by holding for 15 seconds at a time and build up to 1 minute over 1 week. </li>
</ul>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<h1>
<b>The Dragger</b></h1>
</div>
<ul style="border: 0px;">
<li>Stand at arms length with palms at shoulder height against a wall. </li>
<li>Raise your arms and lean
into the wall while bending the elbow. </li>
<li>Slowly drag your palms downward while keeping your legs straight and butt sticking out. </li>
<li>Do not
over stretch, reach at point when you are comfortable but can still feel
the stretch along your back and hold for 15 secs, building up to a
minute over a week. Do not force yourself to do 1 minute straight way,
build up to it day by day.</li>
</ul>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<h1>
<b>The Half Cobra </b></h1>
</div>
<ul style="border: 0px;">
<li>This is another classic yoga pose that reverses the slouching
position. </li>
<li>Lie Face down and push upward with your palms slowly arching your
back as you push up. </li>
<li>Drag yourself forward. </li>
<li>Think in terms of length rather than height,
stare straight ahead, not upwards. </li>
<li>Start by
holding for 15 seconds at a time and build up to 1 minute over 1 week.</li>
</ul>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<h1>
<b>The
Plank</b></h1>
</div>
<ul style="border: 0px;">
<li>Lie flat on
the floor face down and raise your upper body
by your palms. </li>
<li>The Palms should be a shoulder width apart. </li>
<li>Do not lock the elbows, keep them as straight as possible without locking. </li>
<li>Keep your
back straight and head
positioned inline so that you stare at a point beyond your finger
tips. </li>
<li>Start by
holding for 15 seconds at a time and build up to 1 minute over 1 week.</li>
<li>Works best on an anti slip surface like carpet or a yoga mat. </li>
</ul>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img alt="5-easy-excercises-for-super-sloucher-plank" border="0" height="175" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiRRZVIuhb3fCBI76H0p5TAWgvatffthWiB6ENLRdS5qrFVZ_fMYSblljbmwJGxPchiF7muhyphenhyphenwOLUtKzb6pZMDTWp7eCc9XQ4A74qvPYyJ87SwPXRMbqF7x1GZHzIKqCjDRNHQ8oUTIOA/s400/easy-excecises-for-super-sloucher-plank.png" title="" width="400" /></div>

<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<h1>
<b>The
Sphinx </b></h1>
</div>
<ul style="border: 0px;">
<li>This one is tougher to do correctly for a minute. </li>
<li>Lie flat on the floor face down and raise your upper body by
your elbows with palms facing down. </li>
<li>Keep your back straight and head
positioned inline so that you stare at your finger tips. </li>
<li>Start by
holding for 15 seconds at a time and build up to 1 minute over 1 week. </li>
<li>It is important to do this with a straight back, check that your hips are inline and not raised or lowered.</li>
<li>Resist the urge to scrunch your shoulders.</li>

<br />
<br />
<div>
This post is for anyone who lives in a hard water area </div>
<div>
and does not have a built in water softening system.</div>
</div>
<br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Hard water can make hair feel dry & frizzy with little shine. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This is because Hard water needs more shampoo to lather up. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
It is easy to use too much shampoo and not rinse it off properly, </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
leaving unwanted residue to dry on your hair.</div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
With Soft water, it is easier to lather up with less shampoo </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
so that you don't strip off too much hair oil leaving it dry and frizzy.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
How can you tell if you have hard water?</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Just look in your kettle, if there is white chalky gunge caked on to the </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
heating element, you have hard water. </div>
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img alt="hard-water" border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiDUGuEEIpMwBBr_5xgqlvJzWtVHJRRz5UhM4uN7dC93rRlAd41NS9NE23GHWnVoHUZ5KverZZpvR5SWryuXdLuZW_h_o9yV5LGBKaoLNit2LFdKwmqZZJjCgBD_taYy4PxhrxgPi-d_Q/s1600/hard-water-in-kettle.jpg" title="" /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
To make your own Soft water, buy a small pack of water softener crystals. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Make sure they are the granulated type and not the compacted disc shaped variety.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
These can be found at supermarkets and hardware shops. </div>
</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img alt="cheap-water-softener-instructions-for-frizzy-hair-1" border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEggxxYZQ6Bi19iATS7_nxUJDpuDZgKcSrKKRPYCThHYz0G1gye6xofcLJ1VnyJAGQG3w9muF8KzDF9wBM89AS0EDE39HUra_flBEFN1hiR4a7jjrw72cSY2u6US3-I5K-K0P-eDuAiksw/s1600/cheap-water-softener-instructions-1.gif" title="" /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Unscrew the shower head</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img alt="cheap-water-softener-instructions-for-frizzy-hair-2" border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhg-qHFBNcdAs7wZ3KqnXGGnEJXzDk1Z3koDMWSe2siO4nGM6j3VgN8knUS8wGw_-Mjn1J4Ah-2oourKR_Hy01Mgj96rXmOjiaDCA285POOUuEbhcBg7gnxwosNYCM9fHjocgu9PSWx3Q/s1600/cheap-water-softener-instructions-2.gif" title="" /></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Use a funnel to fill the Shower Head with the Softener Crystals</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img alt="cheap-water-softener-instructions-for-frizzy-hair-2" border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgTk-7dLx37B8ZzXlEt3n5gwliP5SYCV-Uvc6tifRIieqRcBoTXbJMhWoR0_Qli9j1jxsdxVXw7UTGj9_O-gnsvB1jY3b8zovfp8z_HzyYnm0BrO1czXeHHO0O0VpLwJ9U_h7bWlznRGw/s1600/cheap-water-softener-instructions-3.gif" title="" /></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<div style="text-align: center;">
Screw the Shower head back on to the shower hose. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The
water that comes out of your shower head has to pass through the
crystals just like a built in water softener but only costs a the price
of a bag of Softener Salts.</div>
</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img alt="cheap-water-softener-instructions-for-frizzy-hair-3" border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihiTYQAdqWqRsO72F0HFjkTpaAH35jsAJVznnv-ikJjdF2BTXunlU_qkupP4YA5ebcyMOCnWstr7r5pS7lC3NLOTGZwb_vWbXcpuA1_9UTtgGbXLIAItkVpW4aTryLaws7zP5QXst0PA/s1600/cheap-water-softener-instructions-4.gif" title="" /></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Put the shower back and use it to wash and rinse your hair.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img alt="cheap-water-softener-instructions-for-frizzy-hair-4" border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg7Ge72G5KzURrNo6_Ou9HRn2MMVAE7BTVa6gaBSDktH534TbqZr27pugxcm2RuibnQd6gdcQmDahlQ35oxAY9epAfvEvrQ4RYZLbNBtVuC4xPXlIxTx8DnsMS5ioFnEDkmTN0-iL24Lw/s1600/cheap-water-softener-instructions-5.jpg" title="" /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
That's it! </div>

</div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: small;">Shea Butter is the key ingredient in many Skincare products. Buying Shea Butter in it's natural form is excellent value as you are only buying the key ingredient. But Natural Shea Butter comes in crumbly blocks that is not easy to apply.</span> </span></span></div>
<br />

<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img alt="Mail order Shea Butter" border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEggWe2ICN7POdyIYlpK9ugrhtso6ONX10pdussrtk4N0EQd6wHHmnhbj2l0v3VBYF9wAa1ck3bYkd9QozKvV8Xe9R0ZlpLMcVzIUFTr1wmaOO5ND81Zht97IrBtOwCZW7576oHsrjnyaA/s1600/shea-butter-by-post.jpg" title="" /></div>
<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: small;">Mail order Organic Shea Butter arrives by post like this. The first step is to melt the crumbly version in a heat proof container.</span></div>
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img alt="Melting Shea Butter" border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEinyIIOxXD-YidDriL1zeCk86LGm4kYP6N5DhabUWG3KRXTE3Zzb3mJFdgWw4tfJ26hMxTM_i9wkoqCjLvSvuU0n4xB3EYyegt35hep0MgMd4z5ztuz0dksTQkMk91WptNzVLzpiW_u4g/s1600/melting-shea-butter.jpg" title="" /></div>
<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: small;">Then scoop some butter into the it for melting. </span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: small;">This can be done in 2 ways: </span></div>
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img alt="Melting Shea Butter by Microwave" border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhidusuVGChQZjWy2iFFKUjlB_R5HkWpTUjwHFeExalgDlz5aFBP7RDfdPUoY1VIYtN3QGYk3JKXztYFaN5FWF5jURGYqgshrLRzJWzXsQeN7CXTMQzS33qhyydkU58KJev51Oy8jMlfw/s1600/microwaving-shea-butter.jpg" title="" /></div>
<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: small;"> 1. In a microwave 30 secs at a time on high until it is liquified, be careful when removing and handling the hot container. </span></div>
<br />

<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: small;">Weight it down until the level of the butter is below the water line or use a rubber band to strap the jar to the bowl before adding the hot water. Be careful when handling hot water.</span></div>
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: small;">Leave it alone
until the butter has completely become a liquid. The time it takes
depends on the amount of butter that you are melting at a time</span></div>

<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: small;">After 15-20mins, the butter will have turned hard and smooth, like lip balm with a Satin finish. Leave to warm up to room temperature and it will soften to a cream.</span></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: small;">This is a good opportunity to re-use old tins, jars and compacts. Larger jars are good for the bathroom cabinet and smaller ones make cute little lip balm carriers. You can also use them for gifts! </span></div>

<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="font-size: small;">This post is especially for anyone who hates flossing!</span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="font-size: small;">Winding dental floss around the the index finger not only makes </span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="font-size: small;">it is uncomfortable to hold but also wastes the ends that are not used for flossing.</span></span></div>
<br />
<a name='more'></a>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="font-size: small;">An easy way to hold Dental Floss is to make it into a loop,</span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="font-size: small;">like a rubber band and </span><span style="font-size: small;">then </span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="font-size: small;">use your fingers to control the tension and position for flossing.</span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="font-size: small;">This makes it easier to hold the floss tighter without</span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="font-size: small;">strangling the finger tips.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="font-size: small;">You also do not waste a lot of un-used floss for winding around the fingers. </span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="font-size: small;">It is that simple! </span></span></div>
